Mr. Sethawat Srivirote, President of Nebula, has over 20 years of experience in sustainable real estate development.

His experience includes R&D, architecture, urban design, and property development in Thailand and China.

Mr. Srivirote currently oversees Nebula’s strategic organization to develop future cities, transit-oriented developments (TODs), and other urban projects around the world. 

He is active in social development and education. He is a university guest lecturer, thesis advisor, and a member of curriculum development committees.
