Mr. Vachira Jiraorakul is a Senior Vice President at Nebula Corporation. 

His legal specialties are commercial and real estate law, especially rules and regulations of the city plan, rules and regulations of BOI, legal opinions on risk and risk mitigation, due diligence, contract closing and all corporate matters.

He has experience from many projects with external counsels, draft and review correspondence with government organizations. 

He has over 25 years of experience including roles at leading international law firms and Thailand’s top real estate developers.
