On November 24, 2023, Nikken Sekkei Thailand, a Japanese architectural design service company, brought together knowledge from various professions and the company's research to create perfect public spaces. Celebrating the 5th year of growth in Thailand, a seminar on urban issues was held on the topic of urban innovations TOD and beyond, with six Case study presentations under three topics: Growing with Sustainability, Regenerating Public Space, and Exploring Value by DX. Mr. Sompatsorn Punyaratabandhu, Senior Vice President, who is responsible for project design at Nebula Corporation Company Limited, was honored. I spoke on the topic Growing with Sustainability: The Future of Development.
