WE CREATE
FUTURE CITY

Nebula develops resilient, regenerative cities that transform society through enhanced urban design. Our approach fosters a restorative relationship with nature and promotes inclusive well-being by reconnecting urban systems with natural ecosystems. We believe in uplifting communities and habitats for a shared future, guided by 4 core principles: Earth care, biodiversity, livability, and sustainable infrastructure.

SHAPING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

The global climate crisis demands urgent, proactive solutions. City planning has a pivotal role in addressing these challenges. Our “Earth Care” approach reconnects urban systems with ecosystems, enabling cities to regenerate the natural resources they consume. By adhering to global planning standards and implementing high-quality infrastructure, we create sustainable, livable environments that support biodiversity and meet the needs of all inhabitants.

Earth care

With the goals for earth care and a happy future city, the study has corrected and developed key criteria that combined global standards and integrated with resilience city concepts and city indexes, to create a pre-development process that followed each city project’s vision.

Human & Biodiversity

The future city protocol integrates global urban planning standards and high-quality infrastructure to create a sustainable and livable environment for community and cultural activities(Livability activity), with a focus on promoting biodiversity and understanding the needs of all inhabitants of the city.

Development Guidelines

The global climate crisis presents urgent challenges that demand proactive solutions, with city planning emerging as a critical pathway for addressing them. Four key aspects of this crisis underscore the need for strategic urban intervention: rising sea levels, extreme weather events, urban heat islands, and transportation emissions. By focusing on resilient and regenerative infrastructure, cities not only mitigate the impacts of climate change but also enhance livability, both tangible and intangible, and ensure a sustainable future for their residents.

Resilient and Regenerative FUTURE Cities FOR ALL WELL BEING

These future city principles promote sustainable urban development that is resilient, regenerative, and in harmony with nature. The development framework covers all contexts and categories essential for policy, design, and activities across 3 scales: space, district, and city. But the approach to integration and mitigation must be tailored to each city or project, reflecting its unique vision, context, and challenges.
