DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Design Management is responsible for overall design, including review, development, and implementation, working with international and local design firms through to completion.
The team reviews scope of work and fee proposals and conducts regular reviews with project managers to ensure delivery in line with the project program andNebula’s quality standards.
DM liaises with architects and engineers across lighting, landscape, acoustic, graphic, traffic design to ensure sustainability and resilience goals are met. The unit oversees the design team to realize the intentions of principal designers within the budget and timeline. DM coordinates with all departments, partners, and customers to ensure alignment.
The unit sets team design strategy and finds solutions during the design period in accordance with overall business goals and organization objectives.
DM’s role includes establishing design requirements, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing user interfaces, and ensuring consistency across different components.
The team sets clear design goals, provides resources and support to design staff, establishes design processes and methodologies, and fosters a culture of collaboration and feedback where designers can work closely with developers and other stakeholders, so the final product meets the requirements and expectations of users.
